Mr Christophe Jacobs divides his time between university hospitals and private practice. He is President of the Belgian Association of Chiropodists.
He specialises in the treatment of foot disorders, the management of their causes and their consequences on posture (from young children to the elderly). He is qualified to treat skin and nail disorders (corns, calluses, ingrown toenails, etc.). He will advise you on curative and preventive hygiene care and, if necessary, will make orthoses and resin nails.
Mr Jacobs also handles the biomechanical aspects of the lower limb and will undertake a palpatory examination, analysing pain and taking measurements. He will then carry out a gait and pressure analysis. If necessary, an insole or orthosis will be made after taking the time to explain the mechanisms and elements influencing your body mechanics.
