Dr. Tudor Mihailescu obtained his medical degree from the Université Libre de Bruxelles and completed his specialisation in cardiology at the Université Libre de Bruxelles.
During his training, Dr. Tudor Mihailescu specialised in non-invasive cardiac imaging techniques, which allow the early detection and treatment of his patients with valvular diseases, heart diseases or heart failure of various causes. He has passed the European Diploma in Cardiac Ultrasound and obtained the Inter-University Diploma in Echocardiography from the Sorbonne University (Paris). He worked as a resident physician at the Brugmann Hospital and since 2021 he has been working as a resident cardiologist at the Sainte-Anne Saint-Rémi Clinic (CHIREC network) in Brussels.
Dr Mihailescu is member of the Belgian Society of Cardiology (BSC), the European Society of Cardiology (ESC), the Young Cardiologist Club (YCC) of the Belgian Society of Cardiology and the European Association CardioVascular Imaging (EACVI).
