Dr Elisa Christiansen obtained her medical degree from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), where she also completed her specialization in internal medicine and subsequently in cardiology.
She currently works within the cardiology department of Iris Sud Hospitals, on the Etterbeek-Ixelles and Molière sites, where she cares for both hospitalized and ambulatory patients. Dr Christiansen has a particular interest in cardiac imaging, including transthoracic, transesophageal and stress echocardiography, as well as nuclear cardiology imaging. She is also interested in coronary artery disease, particularly conditions related to coronary microvascular dysfunction.
She welcomes patients at the Centre Médical Walzin for general cardiology consultations, including:
- management of arterial hypertension

- cardiac rhythm disorders
- pre-operative cardiac assessments
- sports cardiology evaluations
