APPOINTMENT GUIDANCE

-Online appointments with Dr E. Bonné: available only to existing patients of the medical centre.

-Aesthetic dermatology—for both new and existing patients: dedicated appointment slots are available outside the online booking system. Appointments must be requested by email or by contacting the reception desk by telephone.

-New patients seeking a medical dermatology consultation: appointments can only be requested by email. A referral letter from another doctor, stating the reason for the consultation, must be attached. The practice does not offer paediatric dermatology consultations for children under 12, treatment of plantar warts or allergy testing.

-Hair and scalp disorders: please book an appointment with Ms Leroul, a specialist nurse working under the supervision of Dr Bonné. Appointments can be requested by email or telephone.

-Aesthetic or elective dermatologic surgery: for the removal of an aesthetically bothersome mole, lipoma or cyst, please book a consultation directly with Dr S. Bogaert, plastic surgeon.

-PRP and microneedling treatments for the scalp: performed exclusively by Ms Leroul, a specialist nurse working under the supervision of the dermatologist. Appointments can be booked online.

-Medical cosmetology: skin cleansing, milia extraction, superficial chemical peels and microneedling treatments are performed by Ms Leroul, a specialist nurse working under the supervision of the dermatologist. Appointments can be booked online.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event that you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance.
Any missed appointment or late cancellation may be subject to a fixed fee starting from €50.
In the case of repeated failure to comply with this policy, the practice reserves the right to decline any future appointment requests with Dr. Bonné.
This policy is intended to ensure fair access and reasonable consultation times for all patients.

• BY CAR: Easy parking on the street, parking disc required. Please do not park on the property's parking lot.

• BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT:
  Messidor stop (tram lines 4, 92): 290m (about 5 minutes on foot). Take the small stairs that go up and connect "avenue Château de Walzin" and "Avenue Brugmann". The access to the stairs is on "Avenue Brugmann", at the level of "Avenue Floréal", just in front of the Villo station.
