IMPORTANT INFORMATION

If you are a new patient, please contact the office by phone or email. Online booking is exclusively reserved for patients who are already registered with the practice.

Additional appointment slots dedicated to aesthetic dermatology are available outside of online booking. Please contact the office to schedule these.

For hair-related concerns: due to long waiting times, we recommend booking an appointment with Ms. Coraline Leroul, specialized nurse, under the supervision of Dr. Bonné (online booking available on Doctoranytime).

APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES

• Aesthetic Dermatology (lasers, scars, injections, rejuvenation):

Online booking is available for existing patients. For any new request, please contact the office and specify the reason for your consultation.
Additional slots dedicated to laser treatments and injections are available by contacting the office.
PRP treatments, superficial peels, and skin cleansing treatments (milia extraction, acne microcysts) are performed by our specialized nurse, Ms. Coraline Leroul (direct booking via her online schedule), under the supervision of Dr. Bonné.

• General Medical Dermatology:

Online booking is available for patients already under follow-up care. Dr. Bonné is no longer accepting new patients for general medical dermatology.
For hair and scalp concerns, appointments are available online with our specialized nurse, Ms. Coraline Leroul, under the supervision of Dr. Bonné.

• Dermatologic Surgery (removal of cysts, lipomas, unsightly moles, etc.):

Appointments can be made directly with one of the center’s plastic surgeons, without prior consultation with Dr. Bonné. Booking is available online via the practice website, by email, or by phone.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event that you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance.
Any missed appointment or late cancellation may be subject to a fixed fee starting from €50.
In the case of repeated failure to comply with this policy, the practice reserves the right to decline any future appointment requests with Dr. Bonné.
This policy is intended to ensure fair access and reasonable consultation times for all patients.

• BY CAR: Easy parking on the street, parking disc required. Please do not park on the property's parking lot.

• BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT:
  Messidor stop (tram lines 4, 92): 290m (about 5 minutes on foot). Take the small stairs that go up and connect "avenue Château de Walzin" and "Avenue Brugmann". The access to the stairs is on "Avenue Brugmann", at the level of "Avenue Floréal", just in front of the Villo station.
